This six-session counseling group is for anyone living with pain lasting more than three months, whether from injury, illness, or unknown causes.

Grounded in the latest pain science and supported by mindfulness, self-compassion, and whole-person practices, we’ll explore:

  • How pain works and why it persists

  • How the body-mind can be retrained toward greater ease

  • Tools for easing physical pain and reducing suffering

Through education back by neuroscience, guided practices, and supportive connection, you’ll learn to:

  • Process the emotional impact of pain

  • Build agency, resilience, and self-compassion

  • Move toward living well!

Adults living with persistent pain (3+ months)

When?

Every Saturday from October 11th - November 15
