Lisa Sandine
Supervisor: Emily Brems, LMFT
I enjoy working with individuals and couples across all life stages, from children (10+) to older adults. Whether you’re navigating change, seeking growth, or facing challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. I compassionately walk beside you, holding a supportive, multiculturally sensitive space where transformative healing can begin and all are welcomed, valued, and seen.
I’m passionate about supporting you through relationship and sex issues; self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and women's issues; and challenging life transitions. I am also experienced in facilitating trauma recovery, addressing chronic pain or illness, and acknowledging the unique needs of highly sensitive persons (HSPs) with sensory processing sensitivities (SPS). Together, we can both ground and elevate you—uncovering and healing root causes, building clarity and resilience, so you can live the heart of who you truly are and want to be.
Seeing through a relational-cultural and trauma-informed lens, I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. To support meaningful and lasting change, I draw from Restoration Therapy, EMDR with somatic integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based and somatic approaches, sex therapy, and hypnotherapy, among other tools. My work is strengths-based, person-centered and grounded in calm, compassionate sensitivity because these are some of my heart’s deepest values. I create a safe, confidential space where you can truly know, be, and love who you are.
