Our Services

A therapeutic hour (50 minutes) is $90-$175.

Per request due to extenuating financial circumstances, a sliding scale may be offered.

We take cash, check and all major credit cards.

We do not currently accept insurance as a form of payment. We anticipate adding some providers in the near future.

However, most insurance companies will reimburse mental health services when given a “Superbill”. Once a month, we can provide you with this superbill to give to your insurance to be reimbursed. Before going this route we recommend, you ask your insurance provider these questions:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

• Can I be reimbursed for mental health services by submitting a superbill?

A Superbill is a document which can be submitted to insurance providers for reimbursement. Superbills include:

• Provider’s License type

• Contact details of the provider

• Diagnosis code(s)

• Service procedure code(s)

• Provider’s Tax ID

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancelation happens within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full rate of the session.
