I love working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, or who are feeling stuck.

I also enjoy working with children who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges by helping them explore their feelings and strengths while developing healthy coping skills.

I believe counseling works best when it feels safe, supportive, and collaborative, and I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s coming up for you at your own pace. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move forward.

My approach is humanistic and person-centered while emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and respect for your lived experience. I also integrate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help increase self-awareness, develop coping skills, and support meaningful change.
