Breaking the Cycle
Restoring Integrity with OCSB
Led by Emily Brems, LMFT
From secrecy to strength, from shame to healing.
Unwanted sexual thoughts, urges, or behaviors can lead to shame, secrecy, and isolation. At Living Well, we believe healing begins in safe, supportive community. This group provides men with a confidential space to face struggles with out-of-control sexual behavior (OCSB), sometimes called sex addiction, and to chart a new path toward wholeness.
Led by a Licensed Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist, the group combines discussion, education, and therapeutic practice to help participants understand the roots of their behavior and move toward lasting change. Each man is invited to bring his full self — the struggle, the courage, and the hope for growth.
In this group, men will:
Explore the cycle of unwanted sexual thoughts, urges, and behaviors
Build accountability while reducing secrecy and shame
Learn practical tools for managing triggers and strengthening self-control
Find encouragement and solidarity in a circle of peers who understand the journey
This group is not a place of judgment. It is a place of honesty, compassion, and transformation. Together, we move from secrecy to connection, from struggle to strength, and from isolation to integrity.
