Marjean Bigelow

Professional Counselor Associate

Supervisor: Emily Brems, LMFT

I believe therapy is a powerful tool for gaining clarity, pursuing dreams, and tackling life’s challenges. If you’re overwhelmed by the unexpected hiccups of life, I would be honored to help you rediscover your confidence and identity.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, faith transitions or other assorted challenges. I also have experience supporting those struggling with ADHD, disorganization and developmental issues.

Life’s journey entails growth and change with unforeseen challenges sometimes throwing us off balance. My approach involves coming alongside you in a caring, safe, and supportive environment while utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and a person-centered therapeutic approach. I am also certified in Level 1 Restoration Therapy (RT) and Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy.

Beyond my professional life, I find joy in spending time with family, walking my dog, embracing the outdoors, continuous learning, staying active through exercise, and even navigating the challenges of gluten-free baking (a journey that began after being a Pillsbury Bake-off Finalist in 2012).
