Join us for the rejuvenating experience of Mana Movement, a practice designed to restore harmony between mind, body, and spirit! Rooted in the understanding that energy (mana) flows through all living things, this guided movement session helps you reconnect with your natural rhythm and life force. Through gentle, mindful sequences, you will:
Release tension stored in the body
Cultivate balance, vitality, and grounding
Enhance body awareness and emotional clarity
Open space for your natural freedom and creativity to emerge
Unlike strenuous exercise, Mana Movement is accessible to all levels of ability. The focus is not on performance, but on presence—moving with intention, breath, and flow. This practice combines elements of somatic awareness, meditative movement, and energy work to support both physical wellness and spiritual alignment.
