Christina Lowe

Supervisor: Emily Brems, LMFT

I specialize in working with adolescent females and adult women’s mental health and wellness. My practice is client-centered, and I believe in the inherent goodness, potential, and ability of all individuals to be their authentic selves. Using a culturally sensitive approach, I integrate research-based treatments with mindfulness training and somatic interventions to guide and heal the wounded parts of you.

My approach combines body, mind, and spirit. I have expertise working with individuals experiencing the following issues:

  • Codependency

  • Attachment disorders

  • Relationship issues

  • Narcissistic abuse

  • Low self-esteem

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Family-of-origin trauma and abuse

  • Complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD)

Is someone significant in your life struggling with addiction, a mental health disorder, or explosive anger? Do you feel an overwhelming need for acceptance and approval from others? Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, or a sense of walking on eggshells? You might feel like you’ve lost your sense of self, don’t feel “good enough” and may even feel hopeless. Perhaps you’ve tried to heal on your own through self-help books, conversations with friends, or self-care but still haven’t found the peace, fulfillment, and happiness you desire.

My life journey has taken me down a similar path, instilling in me a passion for walking alongside others to help them discover their truth, wisdom, strength, and authenticity. By collaborating to build a safe, trusting relationship, I can help empower you to gain personal insights, develop effective strategies, and find real solutions to the challenges you face. You don’t have to suffer. Life can be beautiful—even when it’s imperfect.

You’re ready – let’s awaken your true self.
