Christina Lowe
Supervisor: Emily Brems, LMFT
I specialize in working with adolescents and adult women to develop mental health resilience and wellness. My approach combines body, mind, and spirit by maintaining a holistic approach to navigating a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationships, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD).
My practice is client-centered, and I believe in the inherent goodness, potential, and ability of all individuals to be their authentic selves. Using a culturally sensitive approach, I integrate research-based treatments such Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy with mindfulness training, somatic interventions and existential humanism that guide and heal the wounded parts of you.
My life journey has taken me down a similar path, instilling in me a passion for walking alongside others to help them discover their truth, wisdom, strength, and authenticity. By collaborating to build a safe, trusting relationship, I can help empower you to gain personal insights, develop effective strategies, and find real solutions to the challenges you face. You don’t have to suffer. Life can be beautiful—even when it’s imperfect.
You’re ready; let’s awaken your true self!
