I specialize in women’s counseling for relationship stress, including divorce recovery, separation, and breakup healing. I work with women who feel stuck in grief, unsure how to move forward, or disconnected from themselves after relational transitions. Many of my clients want to understand their emotional patterns, rebuild confidence, and feel more stable and whole again.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and relational. I use Restoration Therapy to help identify relational pain cycles and support healing through emotional safety, boundaries, and connection. I also incorporate somatic therapy to address how grief, stress, and relational trauma are held in the body, along with mindfulness-based counseling to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and emotional balance. This holistic approach allows healing to happen not just through talking, but through embodied and emotional awareness.

Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your needs. I offer a warm, non- judgmental space where women can process loss, explore identity shifts, and rebuild self-trust. Whether you are navigating post-divorce adjustment, relationship grief, co- parenting stress, or patterns such as codependency, our work focuses on helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and emotionally resilient.
