Sarah Maddox

I love humans. We are ingenious, stubborn, creative, adaptable, poetic. We are simple and complex creatures. Sometimes we get stuck. Much of the time, we find our own way through. But sometimes, we discover that we are REALLY stuck. Really stuck looks different for different people. Whatever your version of stuck looks like, I’m here for you.

I am caring, curious and eager to support you in healing and growth toward congruence, meaning-making, and happiness. I am a great listener and want you to feel seen. Whether it’s anxiety, postpartum issues, life transitions, parenting challenges, suffocating stress, sadness, or depression, I can be here with you.

You deserve to feel whole, human and hopeful. I believe in the power of human connection.

I believe in the ability to change. I believe we are empowered and healed as we share our stories in safe spaces. I believe every human has the right to dignity and respect.

Through a Person-Centered approach, we can create together a safe space for you to grow and heal. I will also utilize a mixture of Attachment therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Restoration therapy as we work together.

I am a Midwesterner in my roots. I love living in the Pacific Northwest. Happily married for 15 years. Mother of two. Lover of all things beautiful and cozy. Fueled by podcasts and coffee. Walks and yoga are my jam.
