MFT Associate

I believe the combination of the mind and body is a powerful healing tool. I am passionate about helping people access a calm and grounded state that creates a pathway to well-being, growth, love and safety. This is the beginning of hope and change.

As a person who loves wholeheartedly, I welcome all people and am committed to supporting individuals, couples and families in their unique therapeutic journey. I am excited to use my knowledge of depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender identity and self-esteem to provide a non judgmental space to grow, improve relationships and heal.

In my free time, I love to read, listen to podcasts, bake (not cook) and gaze at the sky from my pandemic hot tub. I live near “the mountain” with my husband, two kids, two cats and a black lab named Albus.
