Therapy can be a collaborative effort towards change that provides understanding and identification of personal strengths. I believe we all have them. Together in therapy we can work to find them and discover how these strengths can help you reach your goals.

I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds, sexualities, gender identities, personalities, and cultures. It is important to me to recognize and honor individual identities as they come into the room. For me, safety in therapy to express the parts of ourselves that desire authentic honesty is imperative.

I welcome children and their families using Child-Centered Play Therapy to help them express their current struggles and emotions. I would also welcome individuals and couples using Person-Centered therapy and Internal Family Systems using Restoration Therapy as a foundation. I would like to help children, individuals, and families get to know themselves better and hopefully find some healing towards change along the way.

My favorite things are spending time with my husband and friends. I love going to rock concerts, eating at new restaurants, and traveling when possible. In my free time, I love to bake and cook new recipes. I get a strange thrill from trying a new recipe for the first time and bringing it to an event or someone’s house.
